25 years of transformative work

Every person has
brilliance
inside them.

Our vision is a world in which everyone gets to shine.

We’re committed to bringing world-class leadership development to everyone, even those who may not otherwise be able to access it.

A portion of the profits from our business are used to subsidise supporting young unemployed people.

Darius Norell, Founder of People and Their Brilliance

Creating lasting impact, for over twenty-five years

Darius Norell is the founder of People and Their Brilliance, a global leadership and consulting practice. His work spans the Radical Employability programme, high-touch coaching for entrepreneurs and leaders, and thought leadership for the people shaping skills and the future of work.

Two strands. One belief.

Whether we are working with a senior leader navigating complexity or a young person finding their footing, the work is the same at its core: helping people discover who they are, what they have to offer, and how to bring it to the world in a way that’s effortless and inspiring.

For leaders

Leadership and Executive Coaching

Support comes in two forms. The first is team development: working with leadership teams to build trust, sharpen alignment, and create the conditions for genuinely honest collaboration. The second is one-to-one coaching: unhurried, individual conversations with senior leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs holding the weight of big decisions and real pressure.

Both go beneath the surface. About who you are, what you are building, and whether how you lead reflects what you actually believe. Darius works with clients over the long term, supporting them through complex business challenges and personal growth in ways that reach new levels of performance and wellbeing.

Enquire about coaching

Everyone has brilliance inside them.

“If you have been out of work for a while, there is a lot of noise telling you that nobody wants you. Our work is freeing people from that story, until they discover: I am the architect and creator of my own life, even in very difficult conditions.”

Everyone already has more capability than they currently choose to access. Taking full ownership of that potential, rather than waiting for permission or perfect conditions, is what lets it come into view and change a life’s trajectory.

Employability is not a checklist of tasks. It is identity, agency, and the transferable human capabilities that no qualification quite captures. The same depth of attention we give to executives should be available to anyone trying to find their way.
